The 2008 Road Safety Expo a success

The 2008 Road Safety Expo was a great success with more than 150 conference participants and more than 20 exhibition stands. Adrian Walsh, Director of Road Safe hosted a  special session on technologies where Jacob Bangsgaard from the FIA Foundation made a presentation on the development of eSafety technologies and the global activities related to ESC awareness. Ian Yarnold from the eSafetyAware partner DfT made an interesting presentation of the key challenges for deployment and the link to his work in the standardisation field. The Road Safety Expo is organised by Publications UK in close cooperation with the Road Safe organisation.
