Presentation of the ChooseESC! campaign

Since the launch of the ChooseESC! campaign in May 2007 the almost 40 stakeholders behind the campaign spread the message across Europe and organised many successful national events. During a reception and buffet lunch on 15 January 2008, we would like to inform you about this positive results of the campaign. The event will take place at 1pm in room LOW C4.1 in the Parliament and will be hosted by Malcolm Harbour MEP.

Speakers include

- Max Mosley, President of the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) and patron of the campaign

- Zita Gurmai, MEP (rapporteur on the Commission 2nd Intelligent Car Communication)

- Malcolm Harbour, MEP

- David Ward, Chairman of the ChooseESC! Campaign

An ESC simulator will be available the whole day for those who want to get more familiar with the benefits of ESC. The simulator will be situated in the Gallery Sud (1st floor LOW) of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
